Sign (unlit) problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 294580.

I hate waste and clutter, so I wish to report a couple of contractors' signs in The Crescent in Spalding, corner of Francis Street. The works were completed weeks ago, so I hope someone would like to come and collect two signs that got left behind. I did mention these to a Mr Chris Faulkner, who phoned me on 9 December from LCC Highways in Horncastle regarding a prospective meeting with PEDALS; he seemed not as aware as I would have liked about Spalding. I hope that our meeting will be useful despite that.
