Pothole on road/cycleway problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 294649.

Claim form received - incident 4.1.22 - I work at Reuseabox, Dry Doddington, NG23 5HT, on my way home on Tuesday 4th at around 6.30pm, in the dark on narrow roads and suddenly I was shaken as a result of a large hole in the road, I pulled over quiet shaken in my Mazda 6 coupe and it was clear I have now a burst tyre, I had to call the RAC to get me home and had to go to Kwick Fit in the morning to replace the tyre. I arrived to work at 10.30am late as a result. I have all the documentation from RAC and a purchase receipt from Kwick Fit should you wish to see.
Driving home from work and drove over the hole in the road in late, dark conditions.
Returning home NG3 7AR from work, - NG23 5HT
