Manhole on pavement outside our home. 39 west parade.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413611.

My daughter and others have tripped on this man hole. It has been lifted many times in the middle of night for maintenance and they have not put it back correctly or there is an issue as it’s been wobbly.
