Blocked road gully

This blocked road gully has been reported 4 times in the last 8 months and it still remains unattended to, this is despite there being traffic management in place only this week to reset the gully on the other side of the road, l asked the operatives if they were attending to blocked gully aswell but they said it was not on schedule (unbelievable when the cost of the traffic management was already covered) Please attend to this issue urgently as it is a serious health and safety issue, with a serious accident waiting to happen as cars veer around the deep standing water into the path of oncoming vehicles.(see attached photos) Unhappy resident
