Edge of road has collapsed

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413866.

In several places this road has collapsed at the edges and there is no soil effectively making bug potholes, this road is not passable for two vehicles and would cause serious damage to a vehicle mounting the verge to allow another vehicle to pass through

  • A site inspection was carried out 11/01/22. Due to the weather conditions and time of year there is some standing water at the edge but there were no immediate safety concerns but we will continue to monitor the conditions during our routine highway inspections. We acknowledge your concerns and accept that the highway has deteriorated in condition. We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action. If the fault deteriorates significantly please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.
