No lights on pathway

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414075.

The pathway between sleaford and Leasingham, over the bridge has no lighting whatsoever. It is used regularly early mornings and evening. Walkers need to take torches. Also Groups of youths are hanging about on the bridge in the evening and with no lightning this can be intimidating
