Large pot hole, looks like the drain is collapsing. Cars are swerving to avoid

WHOLE ROAD IS IN NEED OF REPAIR NUMEROUS TRENCHES, POTHOLES, COLLAPSING DRAINS, SEAMS BETWEEN PREVIOUS REPAIRS URGENTLY NEED ADDRESSING
