Trip hazard drain cover

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414144.
On public path at the end of lapwing close towards The Dene on a right angled bend there is a drain cover in the middle of the path that protrudes by 60-70 mm. There is no lighting and it is a major trip hazard as you can fall into the drain or onto the uneven path
