Pothole on pavement/verge problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4170450.

The paths were resurfaced approx 3 months ago - but residents keep parking their vans on the path which has made it sink by 2.5 ins. Customer is also concerned for his own drains that run under this path. Would we be able to put any parking restrictions down at this location?
