Large pothole

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414270.

I would like to report a large pothole outside my dining room window on Barnes Lane, Wellingore. I am aware the previous homeowners reported this on 2 occasions which was duly repaired but only with a temporary measure of leftover Tar. I would like to bring the poor state of Barnes Lane to your attention as I feel it won't be long before I am injured by flying glass when a vehicle hits the pothole at speed and the debris hits my window which is only 1 foot from the pothole. Please could I respectfully ask that this pothole is investigated as a matter of urgency. Of note I am 80 years old and would not wish to be in A&E anytime soon.
