Potholes and very poor road condition on King Street

Reported via desktop in the Road surface issue category anonymously at 12:12, Fri 14 January 2022

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414329.

The whole of King Street between the A1175 and the A15 needs to be resurfaced. The amount of potholes and ridges makes it quite unsafe. Some of the holes are so big you could lose a small car in them! The road has been in this state for some considerable time and needs to be addressed. Now that there is roadworks on the A15 there is more heavy traffic using King Street to avoid the roadworks.

  • There are still holes in the road and still nothing has been done about it. I notice that 'Action is scheduled' but does there have to be an accident before anything is done.
