Pothole on road/cycleway problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 294777.

Driving towards town on Eastfield road approx 2110, 40mph, I felt the vehicle drop on the left hand side and heard an audible bang as the vehicle went over a pot hole. I stopped the car on the opp side of the road lay-by very slightly down from location, to find flat tyre and alloy damage. AA breakdown was called and car was recovered approx 2210 to Louth tyre service. New tyre required on front passenger side, alloy useable but cosmetic damage sustained. Pictures show state of road, and view of continued route from location (lay-by further down)
