No 20 cable running across pavement.

No 20 Seems to think that the pavement belong to them,charging cable running across pavement,trip or electrocution hazard.I have reported this before,but clearly no action was taken or it is just ignored.To add insult to injury the number plate is illegal,perhaps the police may have a word,or more likely not.
