Obstruction on pavement/verge problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 1813587.

Landowner Mervyn Hill is carrying out tree works on private land. PC Pilfold Collar no 1078 believes that the works are dangerous and are a hazard to the Highway, however he has not approached the contractors to express his concerns. P.C Pilfold would like someone from Streetworks to investigate this further as they are working with no TM. Please note that he is contactable for the next hour and his mobile no is available in status.
