Manhole cover and frame collapsed - Danger !

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414835.

The manhole in front of Webbs Motorcycles carpark (next to Zabka shop on the Pelham Bridge side of Portland street). The cover has collapsed into the hole and the manhole frame is bent. It is a large oblong manhole right in the middle of the pavement. it poses a serious risk to pedestrians especially at night and also to vehicles entering and leaving the car park.
