Concrete telecom cover destroyed

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414973.

Appears a lorry or other HGV has ridden the pavement, over the concrete cover, which has then crumpled under the weight and created a large hole in the pavement, causing a serious risk to any passers by. The frame for said cover appears to be damaged also.
