We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because the gully is at the correct level and is not blocked. It is possibly slow running due to the build up of debris as seen in the pictures. Thank you for reporting this matter.

Dear Lincolnshire County Council. Thank you for apparently attending and investigating this problem. As you state the drain in the attached photo as 'not blocked', could you provide me with the correct verb which is causing this drain to not function properly please? Unfortunately, I cannot see how this drain is 'not blocked' in your own words. Could you then forward this photo and your choice of verb to the relevant agency which could action a resolution? Many thanks.
