Holly bush overhanging into footpath

Reported via mobile in the Overgrown tree/hedges category anonymously at 19:08, Friday 21 January 2022

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 415008.

There is a Holly bush coming out of no. 15 and it is encroaching into the path. When you meet other people there is a risk of hurting your eyes. When it is dark, you could hardly see the bush until you get so close to it and risking an eye injury.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because we don't feel that this warrants any enforcement at this time. The encroachment is minor, there is plenty of clear path (over 1m) and the residents may well be due to trim it without being prompted so no action is to be taken at this time. If it worsens, this can be revisited. Thank you for reporting this matter.

State changed to: No further action
