Two large potholes plus smaller one

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 415049.

Two deep potholes have appeared on Elm Drive opposite the turning for Ada Way, slightly up toward Keddington Road. There is also a smaller one on the same side of the road (still on Elm Drive) but beyond Ada Way towards Stainesway.

  • I’m having difficulty with your ‘in progress’ statement. The only visible progress seems to be that now the sides of the potholes have caved in further, taking with them your sprayed outline markings and one of the holes has become a bin for an empty plastic bottle !

  • Holes are still there, these photos were taken 3 weeks apart. I know you have marked them with some dots of paint, but that hardly serves as a warning of their presence or as a novel way of filling the holes!

  • Reported back on 22nd January !!!! These pot holes are getting ever bigger and the path and road is continually strewn with the loose chips of stones thrown up from them. ELDC will soon need to employ a lifeguard to man them when they fill with rainwater.
