Insufficient traffic lights at junction

Reported via desktop in the Signal head turned around category anonymously at 13:41, Sat 22 January 2022

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 415050.

I wish to ask when sufficient traffic lights will be installed at the crossroads of Sleaford Road, Siolver Street, Station Road, High Street (B1188) in Branston, Lincoln. There have never been sufficient lights at this junction and when driving from Lincoln towards Sleaford along the B1188 and having to stop at the lights at the crossroads if you are the first car in line at these lights you cannot see whether the lights have changed to green as there is no corresponding set of lights on the opposite side of the crossroads (looking straight ahead). There used to be a set across the road (opposite the former Post Office) and in front of the garden area but this appears to have been removed. It is very frustrating and annoying. The only way to see if the lights have changed when you are stopped at the junction (coming from Lincoln) is to literally bend and twist in to look at the lights and this is ridiculous. Drivers and Council Tax payers pay more than enough to the Councils and this junction is and always has been stupid. Please install the correct number of traffic signals at these crossroads and make the junction safer for everyone.
