Light still not working.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 415074.

I was emailed yesterday, Friday, to tell me the repair was completed. It was not working last night or tonight. Instead of a repair, column 3S on the High Street outside no. 10 was not working last night and tonight it's constantly flashing, is very dangerous to traffic as the light is extremely bright. Please fix them both immediately.
