Mud and rubble

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 415126.

There are 2 developments leaving mud and debris on the path next to their siteventrances. This could be swept away before sites close at night. My dog got some brick splinter in its paw this morning causing her distress. It's also a trip hazard and very slippery.
