Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 415443.

A 'No Through Road' sign needs to be erected at the entrance to Mel Marshall Way. Drivers frequently enter presuming it is a through road.

The left hand (Skegness side) nameplate for Mel Marshall Way needs moving back as it obstructs car drivers view of the main road meaning they have to pull out into the main road.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because we are trying to avoid clutter with extra signage on the highway. If you feel this issue occurs on a regular basis please don't hesitate to get back in touch with evidence and we will look again at the problem. The street name plate to which you refer is a matter for the District Council as they are responsible for the siting of these signs.
