Pothole on pavement/verge problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4170958.

The footways along this road are really poor & have not been repaired for years. In some parts they are down to the concrete under the tarmac. Customer says we are working on Home Drive - the next road up - which in her opinion is in a much better condition than St Edwards. We had promised St Edwards would be done - but so far no info on this.
