Hedge has overgrown 30% of footpath

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 416023.

The lefthand hedge on the Grimsby Road alongside the rear entrance to the hospital has been allowed to grow over the footpath. It is now impossible for 2 people to pass without one party walking on the road. Considering the amount of traffic, lack of any speed calming measures and the increased footfall on the path from the new houses this is an accident in waiting.
