27 inch potholes 4 inches deep

Several potholes in area which floods regularly- 27 inches across and 4 inches deep. When area is flooded people drive half on roadside because flood water is frequently many inches deep (6 to 12). Potholes need fixing permenantly, road overrun needs sorting to stop edge of carriageway being eroded and the flood issue needs resolving on a permenant basis!
