Road surface failing for past 9+ years
Reported via desktop in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 15:51, Fri 4 February 2022
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 416388.
The road surface on this stretch of road between the junction of Church Lane and Crabtree lane - along to the start of Theddlethorpe has been failing for the past 9+ years. The south bound side is now at the point where to preserve any kind of comfort in you vehicle or if you simply care about your vehicle you need to travel half on the south bound and half on the north bound side. Various potholes/subsidence causing various issues. Traffic travelling along this road is not just local traffic, it includes holiday traffic travelling to the coast. The road through Theddlethorpe was resurfaced years ago and there are no issues with this, I can't understand why this part of the road was not completed along with the rest.
