Failed reinstatement

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 416506.

There’s a manhole sized patch in the middle of the carriageway that’s been poorly filled in and left a depression, since the rain it’s now being washed away leaving a big hole with chunks of tarmac being pulled out.
