Multiple potholes

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 416510.
There are multiple potholes along numbers 18-21 Templars Way, South Witham, NG33 5PS, which have been here for at least 4 months and getting worse. The road is also in a poor state, as it is cracked/uneven (as seen in the photos) and needs resurfaced.

It’s getting worse Becoming hazardous when vehicles are attempting to avoid them and crossing to oncoming traffic This is a accident waiting to happen

This is unroadworthy and dangerous. This is causing vehicles to mount pavements and not helped by the bus route. This needs to be sorted ASAP.
