  • We are sorry that we are not taking immediate action with this report. Our records show that the drains in this area were cleaned in the last year and were running well. In times of extreme weather even the most efficient systems can become overwhelmed. If the problem recurs in less extreme conditions please report this again. Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • August weather is great,.do not forget it will rain later in the year. Would it not be a great time to fix and repair this long time problem. Or are we going to wait until in rains and be surprised the problem has not been resolved. Are you going to be pro active or reactive, your choice ?
