Road markings worn away on Bridge Street bends
Reported via desktop in the Road markings faded/missing category anonymously at 18:13, Tuesday 8 February 2022
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 416768.
The long white lines in the middle of Bridge Street road have been worn away. There are now no central road markings visible to indicate to motorists the hazard of these bends. Vehicles are cutting the corners and encroaching on the other lane of traffic. I have attached images from Google Street View showing this problem from November 2021. I was unable to take photos while driving. Could the council repaint these lines to ensure motorists know to stay on their side of the road on the bends please? These are required from outside the Beaumont's Store, over the bridge, and to the junction with St Mary's Lane and High Holme Road.

As this has been closed, does this mean the council will be reinstating the white lines in the middle of the road, or will the council not be undertaking any repair work? There isn't much detail to the response.
