A tree has come down in the winds in Greenway Welton on the right hand side by the footpath to Rivehall Avenue. Our team have been to look but it needs a chainsaw. to cut and remove the tree.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 416845.
This was reported through fix my street on the 31st January when the tree came down in the storm but I have not received any acknowledgement.

This has already been sent to West Lindsey via Fixmystreet and their reply is below, I am now confused as to what is going on with this and all the time the tree is partially blocking the public footpath.
Please let me know urgently who is responsible for moving the tree.
