  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. We understand and accept that there is an issue with ponding at this location. Future permanent major works are planned in this area and this issue will be addressed as part of the works. Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • Thanks for the update. The water which is pooling is being splashed by traffic onto our wall. We have just paid £3000 to have the wall repaired, so as you have admitted that there is a problem I will consider you libel for any further water damage caused to the wall whilst waiting for the corrective work to be carried out

  • You responded some time ago ref this issue and told me that major improvements were planned which would fix this problem. This was in Feb 22. Here we are in May 23 and as you can see in the attached picture the problem still exists and my wall continues to be splattered by the pooling water. I request an update please

  • Good morning. If I remember correctly, I was informed that the dip in the road would be corrected last month by Anglian Water. Nothing has happened, so please provide me with an update. Thanks

  • Good morning

So here we are in Feb 24 and the problem has still not been fixed and I haven't heard anything from you. As I mentioned, we paid a considerable amount of money to have the wall fixed. The problem with pooling water in the road has meant that water continues to be splashed onto the wall and damage as you can see has started because of it. I also mentioned that I will hold you libel for damage to the wall, so therefore I am looking into taking legal action against you. This problem has existed for many months without any sign of action to rectify it. You have left me no alternative but to do something about it
