  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. We visited on 23/02/2022 and explained the type of works carried out and that a soakaway filter drain had been installed in the grass verge outside the property. This appears to have worked as previous surface water drainage problems did not re-occur during heavy rainfall over the weekend. Thank you for reporting this matter.
