Tree learning very badly

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 417742.

Tree learning very badly after Storm Eunice. Looks like next bad wind it could come down. On the junction of Stenigot Road and Birchwood Ave. There are 2 trees but 1 is leaning badly
