Constant standing water

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 418003.

Continual standing water at the entrance to Houshams lane. Note: This is not a new problem and one that the building contractors promised to address when planning permission was requested for the Housham lane estate! What is being done by the contractor and council to rectify this problem?
