The blocked gulley has been reported before last year. Even a modest amount of rain causes flooding across the road. Cars pull out to avoid the water and thus cause a hazard to oncoming traffic as they turn the bend. Please would you investigate and report back as I would like to feed back to the residents who are concerned.
