Continuing excessive vibration in house from defective road

Reference number 403084. Pothole in previous road repair recently repaired superficially. The vibration in my house (and my neighbour’s) is still continuing and is obviously in the deeper layers of road as previously stated. This has now been a problem for nearly two years. It is causing excessive vibration in my house and needs rectifying before significant damage occurs.
