Road surface issue problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4171988.
Road surface broken up over an area of approx 24 feet long, 45 inches wide to a depth of an inch or so.

This is actually worse than described. It is a run of 28 metres not feet. Other information is correct. Further to that: 1. The pavement is uneven outside Number 2 Chichester Drive causing problems for the elderly lady who resides there. 2. There is also spalling of the pavement outside number 1 Chichester Drive opposite. It appears in the past a slurry of tar has been spread over it as a cosmetic exercise. 3. The entrance to Chichester Drive from Cromwell View is horrendous. 4. The drain Gulley across the entrance to Chichester Drive is missing. 5. Cromwell View at that junction requires a full resurface. Photographs added to show how bad this is.

Now that works are Scheduled to be done can you give a date and an undertaking that 'ALL' the works reported, (On both sides of the road/pavements and entrance to Chichester Drive) will be carried out please. The situation has escalated since the reports were made!
