Footpath installed with no regard to safety of pedestrians or traffic

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 418538.

Path which has been created on Fleets road is a danger to all who have to use it. Created on the cheap constructed with mud and chippings. It is currently a wheel rutted mud patch spilling onto the carriageway. If the council allows this quality of construction to be passed then why dont we all just crack on with creating drop kerbs in front of our property, digging up grass verges for additional parking with no regard to the rules and regs.
