Street light Not working

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 419274.

This street light is not working for the last three months during normal lighting hours. It creates problems for pedestrians. I am attaching picture of the pole. This street light is at the junction of St Edwards Drive and Green Way.
