Pavement uneven and covered in areas that are crumbling away

Reported via mobile in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 07:30, Tue 8 March 2022

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 419428.

Constantly witness pedestrians tripping and mobility scooters swerving to avoid the uneven surface and the crumbling footpath. Dog walkers now walk on the grass at the front of the properties to avoid walking on the footpath. Whilst trying to exit my driveway at the weekend narrowly missed a dog walking out of view avoiding the footpath at the end of the driveway. Also when it rains this washes all the loose tarmac and rubbish from the uneven surfaces down my driveway and blocks my drain!! This is a constant issue that needs attention
