Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 420731.
Dear Lincs County Council,
I’d like to request that signs alerting drivers to the presence of horses in and around Stubton village be erected. In Stubton there are several stables and horses frequently pass through the village. However, speeding drivers are mostly unaware of this due to the fact that there are no warning signs on the 4 entry roads to the village alerting them to be aware of horses.
I would therefore politely request that 4 signs (one at each main entrance to the village) be erected to warn passing drivers to the presence of horses.
Kind regards,

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. Unfortunately we are unable to allocate funds for a scheme such as this at this time as there is no sign of an accident pattern at this location. However we can advise you to contact your local MP who may be able to assist further with a specific request such as this. Thank you for reporting this matter.
