Tree blocking footpath.

An ivy covered tree at the corner of the paddock( but not on the paddock) near the Travellers rest cafe is leaning over the footpath forcing pedestrians to walk on the road. The tree is right opposite the junction with sheep gate as can be seen by the photo. Should it fall completely it may hit a car.
