Ongoing 6 yearly issue, please sort it out
Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 17:43, Wed 16 March 2022
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 420272.
This is not an issue from the contractors its due to general mud from all vehicles and the flooding is now concerning as the drain doesn't work! Please come and resolve properly, it is obvious the drain is blocked. You send a road sweeper but he doesn't remove the sediment on the gradient aspect from the hair dressers. Its especially concerning as pedestrians are now at risk and cannot use the the pathway .......please resolve immediately

Can i advise that it will also need an operative with a shovel to remove the years of sediment build up. I would like to point out that the Tsunami of water will hit the to be newly built houses which will shortly be only feet from this issue

This issue is getting worse and sending a road sweeper out numerous times to just sit over the drain isn't going to resolve it. The situation has nothing to do with the ongoing construction work. Please deal with this issue, the carriageway is used far higher than at any time and has the potential to cause serious damage with the speed of drivers , due to NO traffic calming and aqua planing and the close proximity to residential properties and the pedestrian foot path

It appears that Reference numbers 420046 & 4178341 are both additional reports from other residents along this small section of London road highlighting the same problem. Therefore prior to to both new housing estates being completed and access not required just yet that it may be prudent to get this collapsed drainage issue sorted prior to the properties becoming occupied and compounding the problem due to access issues. If you need help at the council i would be more than happy to be employed to resolve all these issues!!!!
