Pothole on pavement/verge problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4172627.

Tarmac footway all cracked & broken up - nasty trip hazard. Customer had fall here today & had to go to A&E.

We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action.
