Tactile paving coming loose - potential hazard

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 420959.

Adjacent to the Northgate pedestrian on the Tesco side - the tactile paving is coming loose and makes a noise as you walk over it (the bit next to the low fence). This will develop into a bigger problem over time.
