  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because at present there are no issues with trees affecting the highway. As seen on the attached photos the trees are large, especially the willow tree, but no branches looked dangerous, and there was no evidence on the ground of fallen branches. As such we are not proposing any action at present. Should the trees deteriorate further and become a safety issue, if re-reported we will of course re-investigate. Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • A significant portion of the trees are hanging over our garden and causing damage on a constant basis to our garden. If we were to cut the parts of the trees that overhang our garden, we're worried that there won't be any tree left and so they need cutting back significantly. We have also had branches fall onto our cars on a regular basis from these trees.
