Traffic lights timing is horrible

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 421181.

Traffic lights stay on red when they could be green, leads to massive build up in the area. Holdingham traffic lights are way better, these ones need to be set to the same sort of timing regime. Leads to cars being sat at each point of the junction doing nothing for ages
