Drain not functioning

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 421627.

The drain is not functioning ie taking water away. The pipe underground is broken and incomplete. The issue has been ongoing for at least 4 years and possibly before that. The road floods and is eroding.
